Evangeline Mojica serves as the Executive Director of This Star Won’t Go Out (TSWGO), the nonprofit founded by her mother, Lori, in honor of her sister, Esther Grace. A longtime volunteer and advocate for TSWGO, Evangeline brings experience in sales, outreach, and leadership, along with a deep personal commitment to supporting families facing childhood cancer. She is dedicated to carrying Esther’s legacy forward by growing TSWGO’s impact and ensuring that every family we serve feels seen, supported, and loved. On weekends, you can often find her leading guided group hikes in the greater Boston area, exploring local coffee shops, or searching for treasures in vintage and consignment stores.

Michelle has been part of TSWGO for many years—as a longtime volunteer, board member, and founder of Team Awesome, TSWGO’s official charity athletic team. A proud Nerdfighter since 2007, she’s passionate about decreasing worldsuck and spreading hope.

Outside of TSWGO, Michelle works as a Student Success Librarian in the Chicago suburbs, where she lives with her husband, Jon, and their two cats. She loves being an auntie, crafting (especially sewing bags and purses), and taking peaceful walks in the woods.
