In 2011, the Earl Family founded TSWGO in honor of their daughter Esther Grace, who died at age 16, four years after her diagnosis of thyroid cancer. Lori is an educator at heart, certified as a middle and high school English teacher, and experienced as a college instructor and Student Success Coach. With degrees in Psychology and Intercultural Studies, Lori is passionate about encouraging others to move towards wholeness, live life fully, and make a difference in their world. Lori, along with her husband Wayne, are the proud parents of five children, and one granddaughter!

Amanda recently graduated with her Masters in Business Administration specializing in Healthcare Management and Human Resource Management. She received her Bachelors from the University of Massachusetts Amherst majoring in English and minoring in Education and Psychology. She is excited to be a new member of the TSWGO team!

Michelle is a TSWGO board member, Founder of Team Awesome (TSWGO's official charity athletic team), and is ecstatic to be TSWGO’s new Marketing & Media Manager. Michelle is a proud Nerdfighter (circa 2007!), and believes in all of the core Nerdfighter values—especially when it comes to Decreasing Worldsuck. When she is not working with TSWGO, Michelle is a Student Success Librarian at an academic library. She, her husband Jon, and their two adorable cats live in the suburbs of Chicago, IL. Michelle enjoys many things in her spare time such as being the best auntie to her incredible nieces and nephews, sewing bags/purses (as well as other types of crafting!), and going for walks in the woods with her hubby.
